结合南水北调中线一期穿黄工程ⅡB标隧洞降水工程实例,介绍真空管井降水技术在深埋弱透水层中的应用效果。通过理论分析、现场监测、室内试验等手段探讨真空管井的工作原理、适用条件及施工效果,研究隧洞工程中深埋弱透水地层的降水问题。结果表明:真空管井降水技术广泛适用于持水性较强的粉质壤土、粉质粘土、粘土及淤泥质土,能够有效排出土体中的毛细水和重力水,降低土体含水量,加速土体固结,具有降水时间短、效果好、经济效益显著等特点,可在各类隧洞工程中推广应用,为类似地层的降排水设计、施工和研究提供有益的借鉴与参考。
Combined with the case of ⅡB standard tunnel project of Yellow River water diversion project of the middle stage of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper introduces the application effect of vacuum tube well dewatering technology in deeply buried aquitard. The working principle, applicable conditions and construction effect of vacuum tube well are discussed through theoretical analysis, on-site monitoring and indoor test, and the precipitation problem in deep-buried and weakly permeable formation in tunnel engineering is studied. The results show that the vacuum tube well dewatering technology is widely applied to silt, silty clay, clay and muddy soil with strong water holding capacity, which can effectively remove the capillary water and gravity water, reduce the water content of soil, It has the characteristics of short precipitation time, good effect and significant economic benefits. It can be widely applied in all kinds of tunneling projects, and provides useful reference and reference for the design, construction and research of similar drainage water drainage.
