2009年，奥巴马当选美国总统后，调整了外交政策重心，在重返亚太的同时将目光投向到其“后院”拉丁美洲，并将对古巴关系作为改善美拉关系的突破口，寻求开启和古巴关系的“新开端”。本文试从美古关系正常化背景出发对美古关系走向进行分析预测。
