实现中心供应室电脑辅助管理。所有行政管理资料输入电脑 ,在 Word文件下进行编排、处理 ,所有监测资料和数据用 Excel进行处理 ,物品管理程序采用 Windows操作系统 ,用 Visual Foxpro5 .0编程 ,物品交换清单的传递利用医院网络 ,通过中心供应室无菌发物室电脑屏幕显示来完成。提高了管理质量尤其是资料的管理水平。每月各科室的领用物品支出核算 ,由人工核算所需时间 80小时减少至 30小时 ,而且数据准确。由于通过网络传递换物单 ,从而切断了可造成污染的机会。中心供应室实行电脑管理大大提高了工作质量和工作效率及管理水平
