本文报告口服甲基多巴引起胰腺炎2例。例1:女,61岁,因高热、背及上下肢痛1周入院。腹部无不适。入院前因高血压服用氯噻酮50mg每周3次和甲基多巴250mg 每日3次,连续3周。无胆道疾忠或饮酒史。体检正常。体温40.6℃,脉搏规则90/min,血压 110/50mmHg。实验室检查:尿常规正常;血沉降率68mm/h;血红蛋白 This article reports 2 cases of pancreatitis due to oral methyldopa. Example 1: Female, 61 years old, hospitalized for 1 week because of fever, back and upper and lower limb pain. Abdominal discomfort. Before admission due to high blood pressure taking chlorthalidone 50mg three times a week and methyldopa 250mg three times daily for 3 weeks. No biliary loyalty or drinking history.
