推力是评价航空发动机性能的一项重要指标。它的大小关系到飞机飞行的速度以及其它性能。因此,几十年来,国内外都在努力提高发动机推力测量的精度。这里所讲的发动机推力测量精度,是指在海平面试车的条件下测量发动机推力的精确程度。在喷气发动机刚刚问世的时候,推力测量精度约为最大推力值的1%,而目前实际使用的航空发动机推力测量的精度却达到了最大推力值的0.2~0.25%。是采取了什么样的措施和途径来达到这个高精度的呢?根据对国内外试车台实践经验的了解和分析,我以为,主要有以下几个方面。
Thrust is an important indicator to evaluate aeroengine performance. Its size depends on the speed of the aircraft’s flight and other properties. Therefore, for decades, domestic and foreign efforts are made to improve the accuracy of engine thrust measurement. Speaking here, the engine thrust measurement accuracy, refers to the sea level test conditions to measure the accuracy of the engine thrust. When the jet engine just came out, the accuracy of the thrust measurement was about 1% of the maximum thrust value, but the precision of the actual thrust measurement of the aeroengine actually reached 0.2 to 0.25% of the maximum thrust value. What kind of measures and ways are taken to achieve this high precision? Based on the understanding and analysis of the practical experience of the test rig at home and abroad, I think, mainly in the following aspects.
