在纯H_2气氛中,采用金属/H_2共晶定向凝固技术制备得到了不同合金成分和气压条件下的多孔Cu-xCr合金,研究了多孔Cu-xCr合金气孔析出机制。结果表明:气孔在Gasar多孔Cu及单相Cu-Cr合金中的晶内和晶界均能形核,而在Gasar多孔亚共晶及过共晶Cu-xCr合金中,气孔在共晶组织上析出和共晶组织协同定向生长。
Porous Cu-xCr alloys with different composition and pressure were prepared by solidification technique of metal / H 2 eutectic in pure H 2 atmosphere. The mechanism of pore deposition in porous Cu-xCr alloy was studied. The results show that both the intragranular and the intergranular nucleation can occur in the gas-phase porous Cu and single-phase Cu-Cr alloys. However, in Gasar porous hypoeutectic and hypereutectic Cu-xCr alloys, Precipitation and eutectic organization coordinated directional growth.
