用Flowmaster软件对二次泵变流量空调水系统在末端压差控制和供回水干管压差控制下的管网特性进行了分析,结果显示,在末端压差控制方式下,部分使用率时系统各支路出现欠流量状态;在供回水干管压差控制方式下,部分使用率时系统各支路出现过流量状态;集中空调水系统的流量分配不仅与系统中的热用户使用率有关,还与热用户分布密切相关。提出了一种变压差控制算法,通过模拟分析发现,部分使用率时各支路的流量分配都得到明显改善。
Flowmaster software was used to analyze the pipe network characteristics of the secondary variable flow air conditioning water system under the control of the end differential pressure and the pressure difference between the water supply and return pipe. The results show that under the end pressure control mode, Under the control mode of pressure difference between water supply and return pipe, some tributaries of the system appear over-flow state when the partial utilization rate is used. The flow distribution of the centralized air-conditioning water system is not only related to the hot user usage rate in the system, It is also closely related to the distribution of hot users. A variable voltage difference control algorithm is proposed. Through the simulation analysis, it is found that the traffic distribution of each branch is obviously improved when the partial utilization rate is low.
