目的:确立布洛芬混悬液中布洛芬质量的高效液相色谱法的测定方法。方法:采用XDB-C184.6mm×150mm为分析柱,乙腈:醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(60:40)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长263nm,柱温4℃。结果:布洛芬在0~0.1mg/mL范围内,质量浓度(p与峰面积响应值(A)线性关系良好。回归方程:A=1500.7p-0.1882(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.62%,RSD=0.97%。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可用于布洛芬混悬液中布洛芬质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of ibuprofen in ibuprofen suspension by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: XDB-C18 4.6 × 150 mm was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer (60:40), flow rate 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength 263 nm and column temperature 4 ℃. Results: The concentration of ibuprofen in the range of 0 ~ 0.1 mg / mL showed a good linear relationship between p and peak area response (A). Regression equation: A = 1500.7p-0.1882 (r = 0.9996) 100.62%, RSD = 0.97% .Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of ibuprofen in ibuprofen suspension.
