针对受硫酸盐化学腐蚀后Ⅴ级围岩中埋深为10 m的隧道,运用同济曙光软件建立荷载—结构法拉压弹簧模型进行分析计算,计算表明:硫酸盐化学腐蚀可使隧道衬砌产生劣化,这一现象对病害处衬砌的力学性能影响较大,对无病害处衬砌的力学性能影响较小;无论是裂缝还是剥落病害,拱顶处病害比拱腰处病害对隧道安全性的影响大;起拱线处的剥落病害对隧道安全性的影响也不容忽视;隧道衬砌同样位置发生剥落病害或裂缝病害时,剥落比裂缝对隧道整体安全性的影响程度大。
Aimed at the tunnel with the depth of 10 m in Grade V surrounding rock chemically attacked by sulphate, the load-structure Faraway compression spring model was established by using the software of Tongji Shuguang Software. The calculation results show that the sulphide chemical corrosion can degrade the tunnel lining, This phenomenon has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the lining at the disease site and has little effect on the mechanical properties of the lining at the disease-free location. The damage of the vault at the vault is greater than that of the arch at the waist, The effect of spalling disease at the arch line on the tunnel safety should not be neglected. When the spalling or cracking of the tunnel lining occurs at the same location, the effect of spalling on the overall safety of the tunnel is greater than that of the crack.
