目的研究分析磁共振超短回波成像技术评价腰椎软骨终板缺损与腰椎间盘退变的相关性。方法选取我院于2016年3月—2017年3月收治的100例志愿者作为研究对象。检查评价椎间盘Pfirrmann分级情况,以3D-UTE序列显示,分析椎间盘Pfirrmann分级和软骨终板完整性的相关性。结果腰椎间盘退变和腰椎间盘终板软骨缺损程度采用Kendall等级检验分析后,腰椎间盘终板软骨的缺损程度和腰椎间盘退变存在正相关性(H=0.67,P<0.01),越严重的腰椎间盘终板软骨缺损则会有严重的腰椎间盘退变程度。结论磁共振超短回波成像技术可以完整显示腰椎软骨终板缺损状态,腰椎间盘终板软骨的缺损程度和腰椎间盘退变存在正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the correlation between MR endoscopic ultrasonography and evaluation of lumbar cartilage end-plate defect and lumbar disc degeneration. Methods 100 volunteers from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Check the evaluation of Pfirrmann classification of the disc, with 3D-UTE sequence showed that the intervertebral disc Pfirrmann classification and cartilage end-plate integrity of relevance. Results The degenerative degree of lumbar disc and the degree of cartilage defect of lumbar disc were positive correlation (: 0.67, P <0.01) after using Kendall test. The more severe Lumbar disc endplate defect will have a serious degree of disc degeneration. Conclusion Short-term magnetic resonance imaging can completely display the status of lumbar cartilage end-plate defect, the degree of cartilage defect in lumbar disc herniation and lumbar disc degeneration has a positive correlation.
