使用真空预压工艺加固软土地基时通常使用中粗砂作为水平排水通道。针对铺设土工织物复合垫层的新吹填软土地基加固试验区为研究背景,解决了水平排水系统、人造表层硬壳层和轻型插板设备等关键施工技术。通过加固过程中对孔隙水压力和地表沉降的监测,掌握了该工艺地基土体变形规律;加固前后取土和地基承载力检测数据表明加固后吹填土层含水率、孔隙比明显减小,地基承载力达到80 k Pa。试验数据证明采用土工织物复合垫层可有效替代传统中粗砂垫层,为后续大面积地基处理工程提供了参考。
When using the vacuum preloading process to reinforce soft ground, medium sand is usually used as the horizontal drainage channel. The testing data of soil and foundation bearing capacity before and after reinforcement indicate that the moisture content of the dredger fill soil after consolidation is significantly reduced, Foundation bearing capacity of 80 kPa. Experimental data show that the use of geotextile composite cushion layer can effectively replace the traditional coarse sand cushion for the subsequent large-scale foundation treatment project provides a reference.
