目的:分析忧遁草中的矿物质元素,分析其药用价值。方法:采用微波消解法与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—OES)对忧遁草中的28种矿物质元素含量进行测定。结果:每公斤鲜忧遁草中各种矿物质元素含量分别为P 429.659 mg、Hg 0.000 mg、Se 0.024 mg、Ag 0.000 mg、K 2020.097 mg、Fe 59.501 mg、Pd 0.000mg、Ba 2.716 mg、Ca 6924.482 mg、Mn 7.442 mg、Pt 0.518 mg、Ni 0.323 mg、Mg 1629.720 mg、B 13.959 mg、Rh0.518 mg、Sr 5.761 mg、Al 18.124 mg、Zn 10.572 mg、Ru 0.329 mg、Sm 0.000 mg、Pb 0.085 mg、Cu 2.826 mg、Sb0.006 mg、Li 0.164 mg、Cd 0.049 mg、Mo 40.757 mg、Cr 0.437 mg、Na 32.473 mg。结论:忧遁草富含对人体有益的矿物质元素,其中Mo的含量特别高,Pb、Cd、Hg有害元素含量远低于国标。
Objective: To analyze mineral elements in Zaandan grass and analyze its medicinal value. Methods: The contents of 28 mineral elements in Zaandancao were determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Results: The content of various mineral elements per kg of Sabinativewere P 429.659 mg, Hg 0.000 mg, Se 0.024 mg, Ag 0.000 mg, K 2020.097 mg, Fe 59.501 mg, Pd 0.000 mg, Ba 2.716 mg, Ca 6924.482 mg, Mn 7.442 mg, Pt 0.518 mg, Ni 0.323 mg, Mg 1629.720 mg, B 13.959 mg, Rh 0.518 mg, Sr 5.761 mg, Al 18.124 mg, Zn 10.572 mg, Ru 0.329 mg, Sm 0.000 mg, Pb 0.085 mg, Cu 2.826 mg, Sb 0.006 mg, Li 0.164 mg, Cd 0.049 mg, Mo 40.757 mg, Cr 0.437 mg, Na 32.473 mg. Conclusion: UTURN is rich in mineral elements that are beneficial to human body. The content of Mo is extremely high and the content of harmful elements such as Pb, Cd and Hg is much lower than the national standard.
