从活塞的动力学分析开始,结合流体动力润滑方程,建立了缸套活塞裙部间的润滑模型。该模型采用优化的数值分析方法,使计算程序有较好的收敛性,能计算出整个四冲程范围内的活塞二阶运动和摩擦功率的轨迹。此外,作者将原始的直线型线和国外先进机型的中凸型线输入计算程序中,探讨了其对活塞裙部型面的作用和优劣。结果表明:中凸型线可以使活塞在上行和下行冲程中均能形成双向油楔,这对减小活塞的二阶运动和摩擦功率起了极大的作用
Starting from the dynamic analysis of the piston, the lubrication model between the cylinder liner and the piston skirt was established based on the hydrodynamic lubrication equation. The model uses the optimized numerical analysis method to make the calculation procedure have better convergence and can calculate the trajectory of second-order piston and frictional power of the piston in the whole four-stroke range. In addition, the author inputs the original straight line and the convex line of the advanced foreign models into the calculation program, and discusses the function and advantages and disadvantages of the piston skirt profile. The results show that the convex line can make the piston to form two-way oil wedge in both upstream and downstream stroke, which plays a very important role in reducing the second-order piston movement and frictional power
