应力性尿失禁是中老年妇女的普通疾患,多种手术方法治疗的成功率不相同,既使同一手术技术由于手术操作的更改及对成功的定义标准不同而成功率差别也很大。对1984年～1993年间耻上膀胱尿道悬吊术(Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz)151例患者行回顾性分析,用一规范调查表更客观地评价生活质量的满意程度和手术成功率。
Stress urinary incontinence is a common condition in middle-aged and elderly women. The success rates for various surgical methods are not the same, even if the same surgical technique varies greatly in success rate due to changes in surgical procedures and the definition of success. A retrospective analysis was performed on 151 patients with Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz between 1984 and 1993. A standardized questionnaire was used to evaluate the degree of satisfaction and success rate of life more objectively.
