采用仪器分析和化学分析相结合的分析方法,测定分析不同产地(嘉兴、湖州长兴、安徽岳西)栝楼种子的营养成分。实验结果表明:不同产地栝楼籽水分、灰分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量略所不同,其中水分含量(g/100g)分别为3.36、3.37、4.80,灰分含量(g/100g)分别为:2.70、3.06、2.66,粗蛋白质含量(g/100g)分别为:20.21、21.54、22.97,粗脂肪含量(g/100g)分别为:52.86、59.80、52.06。不同产地的栝楼籽微量元素含量也略显不同,其中嘉兴产的栝楼籽K、Fe、Zn含量较高,分别为158.17 ug/g、21.55 ug/g;湖州产的栝楼籽Mg含量较高为4.45×103ug/g;安徽岳西产的Ca、Cu、Se含量较高分别为112.70 ug/g、40.28 ug/g、92.71 ug/g。
The analytical methods of instrument analysis and chemical analysis were used to analyze and analyze the nutritional contents of the seeds from different producing areas (Jiaxing, Huzhou Changxing, Anhui Yuexi). The contents of Ca, Cu and Se in Yuexi produce are 112.70 ug / g, 40.28 ug / g and 92.71 ug / g, respectively.
