河北省衡水地区地处黑龙港流域,地势低洼。盐碱易涝,所建路面多为水稳性较好的石灰土基层,油面为渣油(沥青)碎石表面处治路面。自1964年以来,这种路面发展很快,截止到1981年底已达763公里。从这种路面的使用情况看,各段的经济效果差异很大。有的路段修建后只使用2、3年～5、6年就损坏。有些路段则使用10t～15年,尚未大修,还在继续使用。京大路
