母乳喂养是婴儿最理想的喂养方式,母乳喂养在世界范围内已成为儿童保健工作中重要内容之一,WHO 已将母乳喂养率达85%作为全球性战略目标,而我国母乳喂养率从70年代开始急骤下降,特别是近几年个别城市母乳喂养率下降13%左右.为查找影响母乳喂养的因素,我们对237名42～90天的婴儿喂养方式作了回顾性调查分析,以期探讨缺乳的原因.
Breastfeeding is the best way to feed babies. Breastfeeding has become an important part of child health care all over the world. WHO has set a breast-feeding rate of 85% as a global strategic target, while the rate of breastfeeding in China has increased from the 1970s The rate of breastfeeding in some cities dropped by about 13% in recent years.In order to find out the factors that affect breastfeeding, we retrospectively analyzed the feeding ways of 237 babies aged 42 to 90 days in order to explore the relationship between the lack of milk s reason.
