选用油酸、十八醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3种分散剂分别对碳纳米管进行表面处理,制备碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料。通过测量复合材料的表面电阻率,发现经过分散剂处理的复合材料其表面电阻率相对于未处理的复合材料降低了3个数量级,复合材料的导电性得到显著提高。而SEM照片也说明经过分散剂处理的复合材料中碳纳米管分散更均匀。
Three kinds of dispersants such as oleic acid, stearyl alcohol and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate were used to treat the carbon nanotubes respectively to prepare the carbon nanotube / epoxy composite. By measuring the surface resistivity of the composites, it was found that the surface resistivity of the dispersant-treated composites decreased by 3 orders of magnitude compared with the untreated composites, and the conductivity of the composites was significantly improved. SEM images also show that CNTs disperse more uniformly in the dispersant-treated composites.
