目的观察玻璃纤维桩树脂核和镍铬合金铸造桩核在前牙缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选择前牙缺损患者74例(共计74颗患牙),按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组使用镍合金铸造桩核修复牙缺损,观察组使用玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复牙缺损。统计两组患者修复前后牙齿抗折裂强度、龈炎指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和修复成功率,随访12个月,观察两组患者牙根折裂、牙龈着色、桩核折裂、全冠松脱/脱落以及桩核松脱/脱落等发生情况。结果观察组修复后牙齿抗折裂强度、GI、SBI[(0.63±0.11)k N、(0.65±0.23)及(1.07±0.26)]均优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组修复成功率(94.6%)高,牙根折裂发生率(2.7%)低,无牙龈着色发生,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较镍铬合金铸造桩核,玻璃纤维桩树脂核用于修复前牙缺损成功率高,能有效改善牙周环境,减少牙根折裂、牙龈着色等情况发生。
Objective To observe the effect of glass fiber post resin core and Ni-Cr alloy cast post and core in the repair of anterior defect. Methods 74 cases of anterior defect (74 teeth in total) were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group used nickel alloy cast post to repair dental defects, while the observation group used fiberglass post to repair dental defects. The fracture strength, gingivitis index (GI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and repair success rate of the two groups before and after the repair were recorded. The patients were followed up for 12 months. The root fracture, gingival coloration, Split, the whole crown loose / off and pile core loose / shedding and so on. Results Compared with the control group, the flexural strength, GI, SBI [(0.63 ± 0.11) k N, (0.65 ± 0.23) and (1.07 ± 0.26)] in the observation group were better than those in the control group (94.6%) in the observation group, low incidence of root fracture (2.7%), and no gingival coloration. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with Ni-Cr alloy cast post-core and glass fiber post-resin core, the success rate of repairing anterior defect is high, which can effectively improve the periodontal environment and reduce the occurrence of root fracture and gum coloring.
