以朱集矿埋深900 m首采工作面沿空留巷扩刷修复工程为背景,采用现场实测和理论分析的方法分析深井留巷扩刷修复前围岩变形、应力、结构等状态,提出留巷扩刷修复结构临近失稳的概念,确定留巷扩刷修复的合理时机,组织留巷扩刷修复时的合理工序,制定留巷扩刷修复巷道的主被动协同支护方案。研究结果成功运用于朱集矿深部留巷扩刷修复工程,围岩监测结果表明,留巷扰动变形在修复后得到有效控制,各项指标满足下一工作面回采要求。
Based on the expansion and repair engineering of the gob-side entry retaining gob in the 900m first mining face with the depth of 900 m in Zhuji Mine, the deformation, stress and structure of the surrounding rock before deep expansion gob-side entry repairing are analyzed by field measurement and theoretical analysis The concept of near-instability of dilapidation of backfill dilapidated structure, the reasonable timing of dilatation repair of backfill, the reasonable process of expanding dilapidation of backfill, the active-passive cooperative support plan of dilapidation of backfill for roadway repairing. The results of the study are successfully applied to the expansion project of deep gob-side entry in Zhuji Mine. The monitoring results of surrounding rock show that the disturbances of the retaining laneways are effectively controlled after the restoration, and the indexes meet the requirements of the next face.
