为了提高对黑条矮缩病监测预报与综合防治水平,对浙西北杂交水稻黑条矮缩病侵染循环及空间分布格局与抽样技术进行了调查研究,明确了杂交水稻黑条矮病病丛的空间分布格局以聚集分布或趋随机分布为主,其次为均匀分布。在丛发病率较高或较低时,为聚集分布型。根据杂交水稻黑条矮缩病病丛在田间以聚集分布居多的特点,抽样调查以选择单行或双行直线平行跳跃法等较宜。理论抽样数模型为n=(1.96)2/D2(1.08541/m-0.1786)。
In order to improve the monitoring and prediction of black-striped dwarf disease and the level of comprehensive prevention and control, the infection cycle and spatial distribution patterns and sampling techniques of black-striped shortening in hybrid rice in northwestern Zhejiang were investigated.
