联合应用光镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜观察和比较了24例正常子宫内膜、内膜增生及内膜腺癌的微观结构。正常子宫内膜与异常子宫内膜各有特点,子宫内膜增生时细胞表面的纤毛、微绒毛及细胞质内的初级溶酶体、核糖体、粗面内质网、高尔基体、线粒体增多,子宫内膜癌则细胞表面的纤毛、微绒毛减少,细胞质内自噬小体增加,核旁微丝不规则排列,细胞器形态及排列异常,伴有核异型性及出现核小体、核包涵体。
The microstructure of 24 cases of normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma was observed and compared by light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Normal endometrium and abnormal endometrium have their own characteristics, endometrial hyperplasia cell surface cilia, microvilli and cytoplasmic primary lysosomes, ribosomes, rough endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, increased mitochondria, uterus Endometrial cancer cells on the surface of the cilia, reduced microvilli, cytoplasmic autophagosomes increase, para-nuclear microfilaments irregularly arranged, organelle morphology and alignment, accompanied by nuclear atypia and nucleosomes, nuclear inclusions.
