为了有效解决水泥碎石材料易产生裂缝的问题,将聚酯纤维掺加到水泥碎石中以防治其干缩开裂,据此设计制作了干缩应变测试装置.通过失水和干缩试验,研究了聚酯纤维对水泥碎石干缩开裂的影响,获得了失水率、干缩应变、干缩系数随着龄期、纤维量的变化规律,并阐述其根本机理,提出聚酯纤维最优掺量.研究结果表明:聚酯纤维防治水泥碎石干缩裂缝的效果显著;纤维含量达到0.7×10-3左右时水泥碎石混合料的失水率降到最低;随着纤维含量的增加,干缩系数呈“Z”型走势,防治干缩开裂的最佳纤维含量约在0.75×10-3左右;超过最佳含量时材料将产生膨胀.
In order to effectively solve the problem of easy to produce cracks in cement gravel material, the polyester fiber is added to the cement gravel to prevent its shrinkage cracking, and a shrinkage strain testing device is designed and manufactured.Through water loss and shrinkage test, The influence of polyester fiber on the shrinkage cracking of cement clinker was studied. The variation rules of water loss, shrinkage strain and shrinkage coefficient with age and fiber amount were obtained. The fundamental mechanism of the shrinkage cracking was discussed. The results show that the effect of polyester fiber in preventing and curing shrinkage cracking of cement clinker is remarkable. When the content of fiber reaches about 0.7 × 10-3, the water loss rate of cement aggregate is minimized. With the increase of fiber content Increase, shrinkage coefficient was “Z ” type trend, the best prevention and treatment of shrinkage cracking fiber content of about 0.75 × 10-3 or so; more than the optimal content of the material will be expanded.
