我们常以“学高为师,身正为范”来描述教师这一职业。可以阐释为:作为教师必须要有丰富的知识储备,终身学习的习惯;必须要有身先垂范,以身作则的素养。教师不仅要勤奋好学,更重要的是在个人素养方面做学生的表率,言传身教。近年来,我们常常发现,有些教师在课堂教学中,不拘细节,随心所欲,严重地影响着学生良好习惯的养成。本文以例为证,谈谈自己的看法。案例一:低年级课堂教学中常用到卡片。 We often use “to learn as a teacher, to become a fan” to describe the teacher profession.
