对掘进机截割过程的机理进行了研究,对煤炭和岩石的性质对截割载荷的影响进行了深入分析。针对使用传统计算方法计算截割过程中的截割载荷存在的缺陷,提出了有限元模拟方法,模拟动态截割过程,并进行试验。提取了多种不同煤岩的坚固性系数,并制取相应的硬度煤层,以分析不同性质的煤岩对截割载荷的影响,并推导了三向力与坚固性系数之间的关系。通过对比分析发现,对截割载荷的理论公式推导、模拟分析、试验三者的结果相吻合。结果表明,仿真与试验分析不仅提供了可靠的截割载荷的精确计算方法,而且也提供了针对不同地质条件的煤岩选择合适的截齿的参考依据。
The cutting mechanism of TBM is studied, and the influence of coal and rock properties on cutting load is analyzed in depth. Aiming at the shortcomings of using the traditional calculation method to calculate the cutting load in the cutting process, a finite element simulation method is proposed to simulate the dynamic cutting process and test it. The ruggedness coefficient of many different kinds of coal and rock are extracted, and the corresponding hardness coal seam is prepared to analyze the influence of coal and rock with different properties on the cutting load, and the relationship between the three-direction force and the rigidity coefficient is deduced. Through comparative analysis, it is found that the theoretical formula of cutting load, simulation analysis, and test results are in good agreement. The results show that the simulation and experimental analysis not only provide a reliable method of accurate calculation of cutting load, but also provide references for selecting suitable picks for different geologic conditions.
