以外源性高脂血症大鼠模型研究调节源口服液对高脂血症大鼠血浆 中总胆固醇(TC)甘油三脂(TG),脂质过氧化物(LPO)及红细胸膜流动性的影响。 并对其发生机制进行了初步探讨。研究表明:高脂血症大鼠血浆TC和LPO水平 显著升高(P<0.001),膜流动性显著降低(P<0.02)。服用调节源口服液(主要成 份为黄芪多糖)10日后,血浆 TC和 LPO水平显著降低(P<0.001),膜流动性显 著升高(P<0.01)。其结果证实了调节源口服液在降低血脂,提高红细胞膜流动 性,抗氧化方面作用显著。
To study the effects of Jianyuan Oral Liquid on plasma total cholesterol (TC) triglyceride (TG), lipid peroxides (LPO) and red blood flow in hyperlipidemic rats with exogenous hyperlipidemic rat model.
