目的研究两种荚蒾属植物宜昌荚蒾和日本珊瑚树的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法及波谱技术分离纯化并鉴定化合物结构。结果从宜昌荚蒾中分离得到8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),熊果酸(2),艾纳香素(3),胡萝卜苷(4),(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),adoxoside(7),马钱苷(8)。从日本珊瑚树中分离得到5个化合物,分别为a-香树脂醇(9),熊果酸(2),6α-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(10),2a-hydroxyursolic acid(11),胡萝卜苷(4)。结论化合物3,5,7,8为首次从荚蒾属中分离得到;化合物2~5,7,8为首次从宜昌荚蒾中分离得到;化合物4,9,11为首次从日本珊瑚树中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of two species of Viburnum, Viburnum and Japanese coral tree. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods and spectroscopic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. Results Eight compounds were isolated from Viburnum yunnanensis, which were β-sitosterol (1), ursolic acid (2), aromatase (3), daucosterol (4), (-) - lyoniresinol 3α- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), (+) - lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), adoxoside (7) and loganin (8). Five compounds were isolated from the Japanese coral tree as a-myricetin (9), ursolic acid (2), 6α-hydroxylup-20 (29) -en-3-on-28-oic acid ), 2a-hydroxyursolic acid (11), daucosterol (4). CONCLUSION Compounds 3, 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from Viburnum for the first time. Compounds 2 to 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from Viburnum for the first time. Compounds 4, 9 and 11 were isolated from Japanese coral tree for the first time Isolated.
