目的探讨藏族大学生人格特征,为少数民族大学生的心理适应与心理健康教育提供依据。方法以卡特尔16项人格因素测验(16PF)量表为工具,测查内地366名藏族大学生和357名汉族大学生的人格特征。结果藏族大学生人格16个因子的标准平均分介于3.92~7.31之间,普遍处于中等水平。其中稳定性、有恒性、独立性、自律性4个因子得分低于5分,乐群性、兴奋性得分相对较高。藏族女大学生乐群性、敏感性得分显著高于藏族男大学生,恃强性、稳定性显著低于藏族男大学生;藏族大学生兴奋性、幻想性存在显著的年级差异(P值均<0.05)。藏族大学生与汉族大学生人格存在差异。结论应关注内地藏族大学生人格特征,根据其人格特征开展有效的心理教育。
Objective To explore the personality characteristics of Tibetan college students and provide the basis for the psychological adaptation and psychological health education of ethnic minority college students. Methods Sixteen Carter 16 Personality Tests (16PF) were used as tools to examine the personality traits of 366 Tibetan students and 357 Han students in the Mainland. Results The standard average scores of 16 factors of Tibetan college students ranged from 3.92 to 7.31 and were generally at medium level. The stability, constant, independence, self-discipline four factors score below 5 points, music group, excitability score is relatively high. Tibetan female college students were significantly more susceptible than male Tibetan males, and their strengths and stability were significantly lower than those of Tibetan males. There was significant difference in excitability and fantasy among Tibetan males (P <0.05). The Differences of Personality between Tibetan and Han College Students. Conclusions Should pay attention to the personality traits of Tibetan college students in the Mainland, according to their personality traits to carry out effective psychological education.
