随着国民经济及国防工业的发展,高纯铟及其化合物已广泛地应用于半导体、原子能及仪表制造等方面。我们曾于1971年7月以邗江化工厂综合回收之品位为60.8%的铟合金作原料,做了试制提纯工作,继之又根据我们小型试验的初步探讨以省机械局的99.9~99.99的工业铟为原料,做了试生产工作,获得了99.999%的高纯铟。我们曾去使用单位征求了部分用户的意见,根据使用单位反映,高纯铟质量尚可,用其所制之原件测试参数均系正常。 1.由铟合金制取高纯铟试验 1.1 试验流程:如图1。 1.2 原理和实践
