搭铁线是将蓄电池和发电机负极(或正极)与机架相连的导线,现在工程机械搭铁线采用负极搭铁方式。搭铁线故障种类可分为未共同搭铁、搭铁线短路及搭铁不良等3种,本文分别予以介绍和分析。1.未共同搭铁在摊铺机和铣刨机等大型工程机械中,蓄电池、发电机、控制器、电磁阀、继电器等都是24V供电,而部分传感器则是10V供电。由于是单电源供电,需要通过变压器将24V电压转换成10V电压,并需共同与机架搭铁。
