以菜心2个细胞质雄性不育系为母本,7个自交系为父本,配成10个杂交组合,对F1代单薹质量及其他生物学性状进行差异显著测验和品种比较,结果表明,组合间小区各性状存在极显著差异和显著差异。就单薹质量而言,组合269、271最大,其他生物学性状优良,是个极其优良的杂交组合。另外,266、267、268单薹质量也较大,主要生物学性状表现中等,也是较优组合。组合274、273单薹质量最轻,病株率高,其他生物学性状表现不好,应淘汰。
