文章研究和探讨了北部湾房地产价格体系、价格评价体系的构建,总结了近几年北部湾与房地产有关的经济指标,分析了我国房地产价格的构成模型,揭示了房价不断推高的原因,研究了降低房价的措施。文章是广西高校人才资助项目《北部湾存量房屋资源整合研究》、广西机电职业技术学院2010年度科研项目《北部湾房地产价格体系构建》的阶段性研究成果。
