目的 :为寻找降糖活性成分 ,研究黄毛木 (AraliadecaisneanaHance)的化学成分。方法 :用常规的硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 :得到 7个化合物 ,分别确定为齐墩果酸 (Ⅰ ) ,熊果酸 (Ⅱ ) ,甘露醇(Ⅲ ) ,蔗糖 (Ⅳ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅴ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅵ ) ,木酮 (Ⅶ )。 结论 :化合物Ⅶ为新化合物 ,命名为木酮 (Aralone)。其中化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅲ为本属植物中首次分离得到 ,Ⅳ ,Ⅵ为本种植物中首次分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Araliadecaisneana Hance in order to find active ingredients for reducing blood sugar. Methods : Separation by conventional silica gel column chromatography, and its structure was identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compound. RESULTS: Seven compounds were identified as oleanolic acid (I), ursolic acid (II), mannitol (III), sucrose (IV), beta sitosterol (V), and carotenoid (VI), respectively. Wood ketone (VII). Conclusion: Compound VII is a new compound named Aralone. Compounds II and III were isolated for the first time in the genus, and IV and VI were isolated for the first time in the plant.
