设计了用比色法实时检测焊接温度场的传感器与计算机处理系统。为了得到宽范围温度场的全面信息,使用了三个不同的曝光时间对温度场不同范围的温度进行检测,详细描述了三个不同温度区域的计算机数据采集、处理以及它们之间的连接处理方法,最后得到了焊接温度场分布,从而可以得到等温线分布参数、焊接区域各点的热循环参数等,为焊接过程及焊接质量控制提供了新的方法。
