目的通过拉邦动作分析广场舞动作,发现舞蹈中隐含的问题,为改善舞蹈动作提供指南。方法搜集了网路版、官方版和民间版的广场舞,邀请两位拉邦动作分析专家,将153段舞蹈动作片段依照空间因子、重力因子、时间因子3个维度进行拉邦动作分析。邀请3位康复治疗师针对行动驱使的舞蹈动作进行评估。结果重力因子下官方版所属强烈劲力的动作多,网络与民间版的轻柔劲力动作较多,强烈劲力动作容易让身体感受到压力,产生不安、焦躁的情绪。结论中老年人不太喜欢官方版广场舞的原因可能为强烈劲力的动作过多,而绵延劲力的舞蹈动作大多能有效锻炼协调性。基于拉邦动作分析及治疗师的评估,建立了拉邦广场舞设计指南。
Aim To analyze the square dance movements through Labang action, discover the problems hidden in the dance, and provide guidance for improving the dance action. Methods The online dance, the official dance and the folk dance were collected. Two Labuan action experts were invited to analyze 153 Latin dance movements according to the three dimensions of space factor, gravity factor and time factor. Three rehabilitation therapists were invited to evaluate action-driven dance moves.
