采用盐化土壤盆栽方法 ,选择耐盐性较强品种枝棉 3号和耐盐性较弱品种泗棉 2号 ,研究了盐分对棉花(GossypiumhirsutumL .)种子萌发、出苗和幼苗生长的伤害。结果表明 ,在 - 0 5 5和 - 1 10MPa盐分胁迫下 ,对棉花伤害起决定性作用的因子是Na+ 。 2 0 0mmol/LNaCl胁迫下 ,枝棉 3号种子萌发时电导率上升幅度和子叶CAT下降幅度均显著小于泗棉 2号。 10 0和 2 0 0mmol/LNaCl胁迫下 ,枝棉 3号幼苗功能叶H2 O2 含量和MDA含量明显低于泗棉 2号。
Saline soil potted method was adopted to select the salt tolerant Zhitian 3 and the salt tolerant variety Simian 2 to study the effects of salinity on the seed germination, emergence and seedling growth of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). The results showed that under the salt stress of -0 05 and -1 10 MPa, the factor that plays a decisive role in cotton injury is Na +. Under the stress of 200 mmol / L NaCl, the increase of electrical conductivity and the decrease of cotyledon CAT in Zhitian No.3 seed germination were significantly less than those in Simian No.2. Under the stress of 10 0 and 200 mmol / L NaCl, the H2O2 content and MDA content in functional leaves of Zhimian No.3 seedling were significantly lower than those of Simian No.2.
