目的通过了解金山区中小学校学生校园伤害现状及特点,为制定切实可行的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用学校、社区二级监测报告网络,汇总分析2010—2014学年金山区中小学校校园伤害监测数据。结果 2010—2014学年,金山区中小学校学生校园伤害发生率0.18%,5年间伤害报告率总体呈上升趋势,由0.12%上升到0.22%,各年度伤害报告率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.045,P<0.01)。发生伤害首位原因是跌倒/跌落,占79.35%;以骨折最常见,占68.83%。各学段发生伤害时伤者活动分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=39.249,P<0.01)。结论有针对性开展校园伤害预防干预措施,可减少伤害发生,促进学生健康。
Objective To understand the status quo and characteristics of campus injury among primary and secondary school students in Jinshan District and provide a scientific basis for making feasible interventions. Methods The secondary monitoring report network of schools and communities was used to collect and analyze the campus injury monitoring data of primary and secondary schools in Jinshan for the 2010-2014 academic year. Results In the 2010-2014 school year, the incidence of school injuries among primary and secondary school students in Jinshan district was 0.18%. The injury reporting rate increased from 0.12% to 0.22% in 5 years, and the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 20.045, P <0.01). The first cause of injury is fall / fall, accounting for 79.35%; the most common fracture, accounting for 68.83%. There were significant differences in the distribution of wounded activity during each session of injury (χ ~ 2 = 39.249, P <0.01). Conclusion The campus injury prevention interventions targeted to reduce the occurrence of injuries and promote student health.
