1925年3月12口,我国伟大的民主革命先行者孙中山(1866—1925年)先生在北京逝世,至今已70周年了。 一提起中山先生,有些人不免会认为做过大总统,一定是食不厌精,大鱼大肉,饮食无度,铺张浪费,其实全错了——他勤俭节约,生活十分简朴,他主张素食,日常饮食简单随便,烟酒不沾。 中山先生最喜爱吃的是芥蓝、菜心、竹笋、豆芽、豆腐;即使吃一些肉类,也是味美价廉的大众菜。
