由于地区差异、企业营运差异,国有企业离退休管理工作在发展不平衡的外部环境影响下面临着较多问题。此外,受离退休人员较普遍心理趋向影响,也给离退休管理工作带来了一定的难度。本文就国有企业离退休人员的心理变化及实践过程中的普遍问题展开思考,结合物质和精神两个层面,阐述了加强国有企业离退休管理工作的对策。目的在于完善我国国企离退休人员的生活待遇,提高其生活质量,促进离退休管理工作的开展和发展。
Due to the regional differences and the differences in the operation of enterprises, the problems of the retirement management of state-owned enterprises are facing more problems under the unbalanced external environment. In addition, retired staff affected by more general psychological trends also brought some difficulty to retirement management. This article discusses the psychological changes of retired workers in state-owned enterprises and the common problems in the process of practice.
