员工合伙制对于组织而言,并不是对传统管理结构的否定或是超越,而是基于组织心法的一次意识革命。许多企业都已经在不同程度地尝试平台制和员工合伙制的实践,关键是要建立对这些命题的本质理解,才能避免概念跟风和操作形式化,从而真正取得实施效果,实现管理创新。
Employee partnership is not a negation or surpassing of the traditional management structure for the organization, but a conscious revolution based on the organizational principle. Many enterprises have tried to different degrees to practice the platform system and the employee partnership system. The key point is to establish the essential understanding of these propositions so as to avoid the concept follow-up and the formalization of operation, so as to really achieve the implementation effect and realize the management innovation.
