本文针对北京地区某既有办公建筑的新风系统改造效果进行了分析。根据所在气候区对新风换气设备及过滤器等级进行选型,根据现场情况采用一种较为灵活的设计方案,避免空间和阻力的限制;并采用CFD数值模拟辅助手段确定所需新风量。同时,为该建筑设置智能监测和控制系统,检验系统运行效果。于污染较严重的某日,采用专业检测设备对系统进行检测,结果表明该设计方案和手段可以有效去除室内PM2.5,实现室内良好的空气质量。
This article analyzes the effect of the renovation of the fresh air system in an existing office building in Beijing. According to the climate zone of the fresh air ventilation equipment and filter grade selection, according to the scene using a more flexible design, to avoid space and resistance restrictions; and CFD numerical simulation aids to determine the required amount of fresh air. At the same time, set up intelligent monitoring and control system for the building to test the system performance. On the day when the pollution is more serious, the system is tested by professional testing equipment. The results show that the design scheme and method can effectively remove indoor PM2.5 and achieve good indoor air quality.
