“平行志愿”改革符合高考招生制度改革对于公平、公正、合理等核心价值的追求,其基本方向值得肯定。但“平行志愿”改革也可能会助长公众的惟分数论倾向,加速高校之间的等级分化,强化中小学教育的应试倾向,甚至引发一些新的社会敏感问题。因而需要理性审视“平行志愿”改革,科学防范其负面效应的过度释放,做好改革方案的科学规划和设计,科学地评价改革效果,注重推广的条件建设,树立务实作风。
“Parallel Volunteer ” reform is in line with the pursuit of fair, just, reasonable and other core values in the reform of college entrance examination admissions system. Its basic orientation is worthy of recognition. However, “parallel volunteer” reform may also boost the public’s tendency toward scores, speed up the level differentiation among higher education institutions, reinforce the examination-oriented tendency of primary and secondary education, and even trigger some new socially sensitive issues. Therefore, it is necessary to rationally examine the reform of “parallel volunteering”, scientifically prevent excessive release of its negative effects, do a good job in scientific planning and design of the reform plan, scientifically evaluate the effect of the reform, pay attention to the promotion of conditions and establish a pragmatic style.
