用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/大鼠肝微粒体酶突变实验次突变抑制实验、观察莪术的致突变性及其抑制2-氨基芴(2-AF)致突变物作用。结果:莪术醇提物剂量在0.15-30.0g(原药重)/皿的范围内、均未见有致突变性;莪术醇提物具有明显抑制2-AF诱导鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变作用,并具有明显的剂量效应关系。提示:莪术对化学物的致突变性有一定的抑制作用。
Inhibition experiments with S. typhimurium/rat liver microsomal enzyme mutagenesis experiments were performed to observe the mutagenicity of E. cuniculi and to inhibit the effect of 2-amino-anthraquinone (2-AF) mutagenesis. Results: Curcuma alcohol extract dose was in the range of 0.15-30.0 g (the original drug weight)/dish, and no mutagenicity was found; Curcuma alcohol extract significantly inhibited the 2-AF induced reversion of Salmonella typhimurium. , and has a significant dose-effect relationship. Tip: Curcuma has a certain inhibitory effect on the mutagenicity of chemicals.
