目的 :探讨 bcl-2在脑缺血再灌注时脑损伤过程中的作用 ,以及川芎嗪和尼莫通对其影响。方法 :采用免疫组化法检测大鼠脑缺血再灌注不同时间内 bcl-2蛋白表达的水平 ,以及川芎嗪和尼莫通干预后 bcl-2蛋白表达的变化。结果 :( 1 )脑缺血再灌注时缺血侧皮层和基底节区均有 bcl-2阳性表达 ,其阳性表达率随再灌注时间不同而不同 ,于缺血 2 h再灌注 3 h时阳性表达达高峰。( 2 )川芎嗪、尼莫通干预组脑缺血再灌注时皮层和基底节区 bcl-2的表达均明显增高。结论 :bcl-2在脑缺血再灌注过程中发挥重要作用 ,川芎嗪和尼莫通可明显上调 bcl-2的表达。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of bcl-2 in brain injury following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, and the effects of ligustrazine and nimotop on it. Methods: The expression of bcl-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry at different time points after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats, and the changes of bcl-2 protein expression after the intervention of ligustrazine and nimotong were detected. Results: (1) The expression of bcl-2 was positive in ischemic cortex and basal ganglia in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. The positive expression rate of bcl-2 was different with the time of reperfusion, and was positive at 3 h after reperfusion Peak expression. (2) The expression of bcl-2 in cortex and basal ganglia were significantly increased after ligustrazine and nimotong intervention in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Conclusion: bcl-2 plays an important role in the process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Ligustrazine and nimotong can up-regulate the expression of bcl-2.
