华1015S是以光温敏核不育水稻广占63-4S为轮回亲本,以携带Pi2基因的抗稻瘟病材料VE6219和携带Xa23基因的抗白叶枯病材料HBQ810为供体亲本,通过杂交、回交、复交和分子标记辅助选择,并通过低温筛选和人工气候箱鉴定选育而成的对稻瘟病和白叶枯病的抗性获得显著改良的中籼型光温敏核不育系,具有农艺性状优良、米质较优、中感稻瘟病、抗白叶枯病、育性稳定、育性转换临界温度低、配合力高等优点,2013年8月通过湖北省科技厅鉴定。
China 1015S is a photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile rice, which is widely distributed in 63-4S. The parents of Pi2 gene resistant blast material VE6219 and Xa23 gene resistant bacterial leaf blight material HBQ810 were used as donor parents. Backcrossing, multiple mating and molecular marker assisted selection. The indica type photosensitized thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines with significantly improved resistance to rice blast and bacterial leaf blight were obtained through the selection of low temperature screening and artificial climate chamber, It has the characteristics of excellent agronomic characters, better quality of rice, rice blast resistance, bacterial blight resistance, stable fertility, low critical temperature of fertility transformation and high combining ability. It was appraised by Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province in August 2013.
