有关鼠疟原虫动合子的体外培养国内外已有不少报道。但在体外培养的动合子的培养物中,常含有大量感染各期疟原虫的红细胞和未感染的血细胞,故很难获得纯净的动合子。给研究工作带来一定的困难。为此,本工作采用刀豆球蛋白,通过凝集素的凝集作用,把存在于动合子培养物中的红内期疟原虫和未感染的血细胞进行凝集去除,分离纯化,可在较短的时间里获得较纯净的动合子。
