教学活动中,教师作为主要的引导者,一举一动都会对学生产生深刻的影响,“为人师表”一词也是我们老生常谈的问题。在英语课堂中,教学行为关系到一节课能否得到理想的教学效果。因此,教师在课堂中应保持良好的教学行为,而不是一味的让学生枯燥的阅读教材或者是完全按照教案进行板书。相对于其他科目来说,初中英语是一门比较基础的学科,同时作为一门语言类学科,它比其他学科更具有连贯性,如果学生在课堂上没有打好基础,那么对以后的英语学习也会造成一连串的影响,本文通过探究初中英语教师课堂教学行为,寻找教师更为恰当的教学模式,希望可以为广大相关人士提供借鉴意义。
