文章提出了一种既充分考虑航天器维修对可靠性贡献,又不引入海量计算的可靠性度量方法。该方法在可靠性框图基础上引入维修因素进行模型修正,并转换为动态故障树,进而采用状态转移链进行分析计算。工程实例表明,此修正方法能够评价维修对空间站可靠性产生的贡献,其分析准确度优于可靠性框图方法,且分析过程简单易行,具有良好的工程应用价值。
In this paper, a reliability measurement method that fully considers the contribution of spacecraft maintenance to reliability without introducing mass computing is proposed. Based on the reliability block diagram, this method introduces maintenance factors to modify the model and transforms it into a dynamic fault tree, and then uses the state transition chain to analyze and calculate. The engineering examples show that this method can evaluate the contribution of maintenance to the reliability of the space station. The analysis accuracy is better than that of the reliability diagram, and the analysis process is simple and easy, and has good engineering application value.
