在研究火炸药与其包装材料(或弹体)间的外相容性当中主要困难是缺乏灵敏的有效的测试手段。本文通过XPS/AES/SAM多功能表面技术的使用揭示了外相容问题是一个既包括物理的吸附,扩散又包括化学吸附和化学反应的复杂过程。并表明这一联合技术可为我们提供许多有关表面/界面的宝贵信息如:表面元素的状态、种类、含量以及三维深度分析等。从而使得它在研究相容性方面(无论是内相容性还是外相容性)成为具有独特优点和巨大潜力的有用手段。
The main difficulty in studying the external compatibility of explosives with their packaging materials (or shells) is the lack of a sensitive and effective means of testing. The use of multi-functional surface technology by XPS / AES / SAM in this paper reveals that the external compatibility problem is a complex process that includes both physical adsorption and diffusion as well as chemical adsorption and chemical reactions. And shows that this combined technology can provide us with many valuable information about the surface / interface: the status of the surface elements, species, content, and three-dimensional depth analysis. Making it a useful tool for research that has unique advantages and great potential in terms of research compatibility (whether internal or external compatibility).
