F-8~#防锈油的配方为:石油磺酸钡(杭州炼油厂产)29%二壬基萘磺酸钡(兰州炼油厂产)5%743钡皂(营口油脂化学厂产)20%(系用两倍机械油稀释后) 十二烯基丁二酸(旅顺化工厂产)1% 苯骈三氮唑(上海产) 0.3% 邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(北京产) 2% 30~#机械油 余量 F-8~#防锈油的配制程序:①在容量15公斤的容器内加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯及苯三唑,于80~90℃下溶成均匀的溶液,随配随用,加热时间不宜过久;②将30~#机械油注入带有加热及搅拌装置的小容器内,加热100~120℃,然后将小块石油磺酸钡加入,待完全溶解,降温至不高于100℃,再顺次加入二壬基萘磺酸钡,743钡皂及十二烯基丁二酸,不断地搅至完全溶解,无胶粒为止;③在搅拌下缓缓加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和苯三唑的均匀溶液,加料完毕,继续搅拌不少于一小时,然后趁热过滤装桶。通过实验室及使用证明,F-8~#防锈油对钢、铜均有一定的防锈效果,重迭性很好,抗水性能不如72-1、FY-5好。
